Business Energy Solutions (BES) Program

Do you want to lower your school's energy bills?

Energy-Efficient Upgrades for K-12 Public Schools & Facilities. SDG&E's Business Energy Solutions Program can help increase your energy efficiency and lower your energy consumption while giving you more comfort at your school.  There are several measures that you may qualify for that are listed below.

  • Water Heater Pipe Insulation
  • Faucet Aerators
  • Heat Pump Water Heaters

  • K-12 Public Schools
  • Must have a SDG&E bill & pay the Public Purpose Program (PPP) surcharge
  • Qualification for each measure varies depending on site specifics

How to Participate

  1. Call 1-888-272-8394 to request an appointment for a energy assessment at no cost. 
  2. Receive no-cost efficiency upgrades.
