No Cost Energy/Water Efficiency Products & Services May Include:
- Brushless Motor - Upgrade motor in heating & air conditioner to increase efficiency, longer lifespan and enhanced performance.
- A/C Tune-Up Adjustment - Optimize cooling efficiency, reduce energy consumption and increase comfort in your home.
- Duct Test & Seal - Enhance energy efficiency by minimizing air leaks, improving optimal airflow, and improving indoor air quality, while reducing utility costs.
How to Participate
If you live in a manufactured home and have a TID as your utility company, you may qualify for this program.
- Call 888-815-2918 or click "Request Appointment."
- Have products and services installed at no-cost. (Note: Some measures may not be eligible for your home.)
- Enjoy the energy and comfort savings.
*Synergy Companies is an authorized service provider for Turlock Irrigation District (TID), responsible for administrating this program. Funding is limited and is allocated on a first come-first served basis. Synergy Companies will attempt to install all eligible measures but not all measures may be feasible.
